Roi's journey in maintenance began long before Balaboost. After his military service, as a young student, he started by cleaning buildings, simple, seemingly temporary work, but quickly saw how unregulated the field was: frustrated owners, clients with no one to call, and building committees left to handle endless faults alone.

He decided not to wait for things to change, but to be the one who changed them. He began managing the work himself, building real processes, hand-picking every professional he works with, and bringing in what the field was missing: human service, availability, precision and genuine care.

Today he still comes from the field, on site with the teams, close to every project, in personal contact with clients. Beyond the company he volunteers as an MDA medic and teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to lone soldiers. For Roi, service and giving don't end at the office, they're part of who he is.

Dina co-founded Balaboost and shapes the warmth and hospitality at the heart of everything we do. Having made aliyah from Brazil, she knows first-hand what it means to settle in a new country, and how much it matters to have someone trustworthy looking after your home.
